Pizza and cheesebread was good. Menu had a lot of options including subs and such. I did not dine in so I am not able to speak about in house service. Pizza is a thin soft crust. If you're looking for minimal bread this is your pizza. Sauce was tasty and the pizza wasn't overly greasy.

Very good! Visiting from PA and wanted to support local businesses. It was well worth the stop.

Absolute garbage. We used to have one in Bangor and it was awesome, so we saw this place and stopped. 4 slices of pizza, one bottle of snapple, and 6 wings = $24. The wings looked crispy, but were pure mush on the outside and cheap chicken on the inside. The pizza was old and extremely tough, even reheated. It was like chewing cardboard. Neither of my kids ate their pizza and my boyfriend didn't either. If I liked wasting money, I wouldn't have touched mine after bite one. Someone else had the nerve to return his...we should've too. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're rich and on a diet so you don't want to actually enjoy your food. Great food for dieters! You won't eat much.

We ordered slices from all vegetarian pizzas, Cheese sticks, toasted steak and cheese on our way back from Arcadia. Every single bite was amazing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place. They can great thin crusted pizza that is just the right amount of crisp. Their selection is good and you can have custom to order pizza or by the slice selection. Prices are good for what you get. Place is clean and has friendly staff/servers. Would go back any time in the area and crave for pizza.

Finelli's is probably one of the best Pizza places in Ellsworth. The presentation is great and the food is also very good. They have a variety of different pizza's as well as different things on the menu. The prices are decent, a little above average but still worth eating here.

I loves this place as it reminded me of the 80s in which time I grew up. 3 stars for cleanliness, a very unhappy young man that took my order but explained nothing, broken arcade and pinball machines, but I still had fun playing pacman and Galaga and listening to the old rock songs from back in the day. I thought the pizza was fantastic. Keep in mind that you can also stop in for just a slice or two like the locals do.

They had a little arcade for the kiddos and others who love retro machines. Their pizza was crispy and thin. Wonderful service with kind conversation. Would visit again.

This is, hands down, my favorite pizza ever (and I used to live in Italy). We chose the Carnevorus Rex, a meat lover's pizza. The NY style crust was perfectly done, not gooey and not crunchy. The abundant toppings were fresh and tasty without being too spicy. We're hooked.

A pleasant surprise! We were searching for something to eat on the way home from MDI and everywhere was closed! Stumbled upon this place and the pizza was fantastic! Thin crust, excellent service! Definitely going back!

Awesome pizza!! We have been driving past it for years and just tried it the other day, WOW! It was great. It took a while to get our order but we weren't in a hurry and it was well worth the wait.

It's not Greek style! The best pizza I've had in Maine. Real new York style, even has corn meal on the bottom.Maine needs more Finellis.

So we ordered some pizza....every single crust was burnt beyond belief. Like ridiculously. They really need to stop calling themselves NY pizza - I am from NY, and they would be shut down in a week.

Good pizza for this area, not great, if I was giving a barstool review I would give it a 6.3, I'm not driving there just for the pizza, side note, they burnt one of my slices, just saying. Other than that it's fine pizza.

The best restaurant in Maine that I've ever been to. The Bianca pizza is so incredibly delicious with the perfect balance of flavors. I often have to resist the urge to drive over 2 hours just to have a slice.

Love it here! There aren't a lot of places where you can get pizza by the slice anymore and they offer that here plus more! Their cheese sticks and pizza is very true to New York style pizza! They have been on tap and by the bottle. Fun little arcade for the kids (and big kids!) The staff here have always been really friendly. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! 18" Pizza took over an hour, seriously. Then it was BURNT!!!! NY pizza. Gross pizza is more like it. Their slogan is often imitated, never duplicated. Who can't burn pizza!!! Nastiest pizza we have ever eaten. Save your money.

Pizza bar style where you can go order by the slice. Decent selection for types of pizzas from the bar. Pizza was not warmed up enough however it was delicious. Good place to go for a quick bite.

This is the best pizza place I have ever been to 😍 their bbq chicken pizza? PHENOMENAL!!!!! The cranberry walnut salad? PERFECTION!!!!!!!!! I even had to try a bite of my husbands steak and cheese because I wanted to see if it was as good as everything else? BEST CHEESE STEAK IVE EVER TRIED I don’t know what kind of steak they use but EVERYWHERE should use it!!! Will most definitely be going back you’ve gained a new customer for life finelli pizzaria!!! We stopped here by chance on our way back from Acadia and oh my! what a pleasant surprise.. their pies are legitimately awesome! One of the best we've ever had.. if you're craving a pizza, you'll not go wrong here.. not a chance!

Yikes. We ordered one large bacon and pepperoni pizza. Over $21! Then, we waited over half an hour after they said it would be "six more minutes." Then when they brought the pizza to us (this was a pick up order), they gave us a $10 gift card and told us, and I quote, "We are giving these out randomly." Suspicious. Turns out our pizza was burnt to a crisp. The crust was black as can be and we ended up throwing most of it away. It was inedible. Even the small parts that were less charred had almost no cheese and mounds of sauce. They could have been honest with us and told us they ruined our pizza, but instead they underhandedly gave us a gift card and concealed the charred nature of the pizza. Thanks! What a waste of money. 😬

Finellis is the absolute best! I live 60 miles away and my daughter always requests to come here, and I am always glad to do so! Great pizza, great service, I love the game room and the relaxed atmosphere. Sandwiches are great too!

Good New York style pizza, not the best I've ever had, but good. Staff has been either very helpful and fun, or at times downright grumpy. The kids love coming here because it has an actual game room with multiple arcade games for while you're waiting, which can take some time if they are busy.

Always love to go here for pizza and a salad when I'm in town this by far was the worst experience I have ever had there the first pizza was burned badly so they made a new one witch was just as bad very crisp little to no sauce and cheese I ordered salami on half not sure if it was even on there and if it was it was microscopic piece not worth the stop 🤮

Some of the best NY style pizza I've ever had, and I've had plenty in NYC and across the country. Went there randomly on a rainy day during a trip to Acadia, and it's right by LL Bean. Perfect texture, fresh toppings.

Came to visit from PA and found this low key pizza spot. Amazing food and service! Drove 30 minutes here TWICE for the grub during my trip. Highly recommend!

I can't eat dairy and Pizza Hut has dairy in their crusts. Finelli's does not have dairy in the crust or sauce, so I was able to eat a chees-free meat-covered pizza. It was good and reheated well (in a pan, find YouTube instructions, it's worth it). This is where I will get my pizza from now on.

Sweet spot to enjoy pizza and other dishes. It's a small place, but they have great pizza. From the start, Cole who had only just started, was incredible friendly offering our dog water without us even asking. He also brought us some chicken for our dog free of charge! The outdoor seating has a canopy over it giving much needed shade on a hot day. While my family had pizza, I opted for a calzone. They offer any of their special pies as one. Going for an unusual choice, the BBQ chicken came with onions, cheese, BBQ sauce and of course chicken. The bread it came with was very enjoyable, but for my preference, there was too much sauce. Overall, it's a solid choice and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Me and the family were looking for a place to eat an decided to give this place a try. I'm glad we did! It's the closest thing I have had to authentic new york pizza. Very good and the pinball machines kept me busy until the pizza was done.

Been to all the best pizza places in the world, Italy, NYC & Boston and this place is in my top 20 pizzas of all time!

Delicious pizza by the slice. Crispy thin crust. I was impressed. Tons of flavor in every bite. Can't beat the prices either! Highly recommend for a quick affordable lunch option. We were visiting for lunch while working, so I didnt get to try their beer options. Looked like they had some really great offerings.

This place is pretty unassuming from outward appearances. Same on the inside but all that changes when your pizza arrives at ypur table. Its great, love the crust and fresh ingredients. A small but nice beer selection which will go any pizza selection. Friendly staff and probably a hopping place of Friday evenings. An added extra plus is their outdoor seating.

Excellent! First time eating there. Being a native New Yorker its challenging to find comparison pizza and Italian sandwiches. Found it! Very good sandwich and pizza the way pizza is supposed to be. Great staff too. Thanks .I'll be back

The best pizza I have had! Plain cheese and Bianca was amazing! The crust was nice and thin with some crisp. Can’t wait to come back when we are in the area.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had the pleasure to eat. Excellent signature pizzas and great selections of craft beer. Quality ingredients and super friendly staff. Do not miss out on this gem.

I've had the pizza in the past and it never disappoints, but this visit was for a steak a cheese that I was told about and came highly recommended by a friend. So I stopped in to get a steak and cheese and like the pizza it did not disappoint. Great flavor, perfect size as I got a large sandwich, and it filled me up perfectly. I'll be back for both pizza and a steak and cheese in the future!

Food is great the service is nothing like it used to be unfortunately. New workers not as relaxed. I think they're understaffed honestly and how can you be relaxed when you have too much to do and so little time to do it! Management or the owner needs to step up and supply enough workers to actually serve the amount of customers that come in. I find myself getting served burnt pizza because they forgot they put in the oven which again not their fault or they forget to serve me my beer and by the time I think of it it's too late anyway.

Pizza isn't bad but the sandwiches arw out of this world. The pricing per portion is unbeatable.

This place had the best pizza I've had in a while! I consider myself as an expert pizza critic, a former New Yorker and know what's good. I had a plain slice, mushroom and a sausage & mushroom. The crust was perfect, the mushrooms cooked just right and the fennel sausage was top notch! This place will be my go to place on my way to Acadia. Nice to have L.L. bean there as well. I highly recommend this pizza to anyone in Maine!

Don't let the outdated look of this place deter you, this place is the real deal. The pizzas are hand tossed right before your eyes then cooked to perfection. We ordered a 14" sausage & mushroom pie and it was delicious, I do wish there was more cheese though, as is it reminds me of Grotto pizza. The place also offers beer & wine, subs, salads, etc. and for a pizza place, the employees go our of their way to make sure you're satisfied.
